I did it. I stuck to my exercise plan for the first week! Tuesday was a little rough, but I got some extra sleep that night and after that my body started to get the idea. As always, I'm definitely feeling the short term benefits of exercise. The formula is simple-- Exercise = Endorphins. Endorphins = HAPPINESS!! And energy. And stuff.
Also, my weigh in this morning has me down 2.5 lbs from last week. Just a little bit over my goal!
In even better news, I've had very good results both Friday and this morning on the writing front. Approach #2 is a much, much better plan.
On Friday I finally got the important details about the Veronica Mars movie premiere. It's going to be on March 12th, which gives me one more full week of training to look my very best for the red carpet. Woo-hoo! It's going to be at the TCL Chinese Theatre in Hollywood. Talk about an adventure!! THAT'S WHERE THEY PREMIERED STAR WARS, PEOPLE!!!
Can I make it with a full scorecard on the exercising? I've got one "no miss" week under my belt and eight more to go, but there are sure to be some rough waters ahead. Hormonal and emotional downtimes. And this is all assuming I don't get sick (though I am getting plenty of vegetables these days).
This blog entry has been brought to you by the exclamation point. Which is just weird for a Monday morning, let's face it...
